Basic troubleshooting

Reload the supported profile page after installing or updating the extension. Then open the extension popup and scan again.

If ZIP creation fails, try selecting fewer items and confirm that the media is visible or accessible from the signed-in Instagram session. Some videos may be unavailable when Instagram does not expose an MP4 file.

Responsible use

Only use the extension with media you own, manage, or have permission to download and reuse.
